ေတာ္လွန္ေရး ေကာင္စီက အေျခခံဥပေဒ မူၾကမ္းကို ေရးသားၿပီး ၁၉၇၃ ခုႏွစ္ ဒီဇင္ဘာလတြင္ လူထုဆႏၵခံယူပြဲ ျပဳလုပ္ခဲ့သည္။ ထိုစဥ္က ဆႏၵခံယူပြဲရလဒ္ကို ျပန္လည္ ေဖာ္ျပပါသည္။
